With the weather being very windy, but without rain (for 99% of the time), the Pig Roast was again a success.  The 771+ in attendance seemed to enjoy the good company and delicious food throughout the entire day.

We would once again like to thank Bill Cort (East Central Energy) for supplying us with the meat, potato salad and beans.  It was all so wonderful.

The cooks this year were Dan Gardas, John Harris and Steve Adams (all from Xcel Energy).  All three of you did a terrific job on the meat once again.

And last, thank you to the Officers, Executive Board, Business Reps and office staff for all their hard work in making our 28th Annual Pig Roast a success.
