* Employed at Xcel Energy - Sherco Plant from 1980 to 1984, Metro West
   Garage from 1984 through 1988, P&EM Breaker Section in 1988
* Appointed Union Steward in 1992
* Elected to the IBEW Local Union 160 Executive Board in 1999, 2002, 2005
   and 2008
* Served on the IBEW Local Union 160 Audit Committee since 2004
