* IBEW Local Union 160 since March 1, 1976
* Worked under the Missouri Valley contract until June 1981
* Employed by Xcel Energy in June 1981 in the Substation Construction area.
* Served as a Union Steward for over 20 years
* Elected to the IBEW Local Union 160 Executive Board in 2005 and 2008
